Is it possible for them to search through internet history on other computers in the house?

I did a system recovery to set it back to factory settings..

Did that do it?

 

the software I downloaded was ammyy

it was part of a scam right?

Once i realised I was, I hung up the phone, kicked him off my computer, disconnected my internet, then did a system restore to 8 days before.

I then did a system recovery to factory settings

Then I did a scan with norton, found nothing

Uninstalled norton, installed AVG, did a scan in safe mode and regular mode, nothing found

Did a scan with maleware bytes, nothing found.


I am very scared.

 

Do I have to contact banks even no info on my comp of banks/credit cards was on there what so ever?

 

Yes, I changed most.

But I made a account here after I did a system restore,system recovery to manufacture, and a scan with norton+avg, safe mode, spybot, malewarebytes anti maleware. Do I need to change?

 

If you made the account here after the system recovery, then no you do not need to change it.
