malware help

I have mcavee do I still need to install spybot,avg and hijacker?I'm not to bright when comes to getting rid of this thing.

I'm trying to get rid of some type of malware that is driving me nuts.using the "read and run me first guide" and had problems finding that ccleaner now just needed to know if I needed all those tools.
