Turtle Beach PX5 Issues

I have a pair of PX5s that I just bought for my Xbox and my pc. I also bought with the PX5s the Bluetooth Adapter for my PC it is a Rocket fish micro bluetooth adapter 2.1 connectivity. The issue I am having is that when I start World of Warcraft by itself the sound will be amazing, but once I turn on my ventrillo the sound stops in the Wow. I then have to turn the Wow sound from Bluetooth Audio to Bluetooth Hands Free for both vent and Wow. This is where the shit starts to hit the fan:banghead. My sounds goes all sorts of crazy there is a crazy popping noise and staticy sound as well as when I'm in Skype or vent people say I sound like I have a stuff up nose or I sound like I am 16. I have used this headset on my xbox, my phone, and my ipod touch. When I am using the headset on the phone everyone says I sounds fine as well as when I'm using it on my xbox. I will link the things of both the products. Any help or advice would help greatly! Turtle beach is terrible at customer service.

this is why i hate turtle beach! had the almost same issue a while back!
