    hi,

i am trying to stop my younger brother from accessing filesharing websites(mainly bearshare. I have tried a couple of "free website blockers" but they only block sites on internet explorer. I want to block them on firefox.

Does anyone know how to do this?

You need the firefox extension Adblock Plus. Adblock does what it name says it will do... with that said, Make sure you get Adblock Plus. here

once you have the extension installed, go to preferences, Adblock options, and then website Blocking/whitelisting. There you can input any site you want. I dont think it is password protected though

    good luck
