ai roboform

​

I tried using "ai roboform," could not make it work, and thought I had removed it from my computer. The icon is still on my desktop and I'm having problems:
[*]The box in the "control keymgr.dll" is empty! All of my usernames and passwords are gone! How do I get them back?
[*]I'm unable to order things from certain websites (probably because of this problem.)
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

 

Q: How can I uninstall RoboForm?
A: Select "Start -> Programs -> AI RoboForm -> Uninstall".

RoboForm Uninstaller. It will download and run a file that will uninstall RoboForm.
If you did not close all browser windows when uninstalling RoboForm then the file RoboForm.dll will remain locked. However, you can reboot and remove the file manually.

 

AI ROBOFORM may have been partially uninstalled .... it's not listed in my PROGRAMS, but the icon is still on my desktop.

Will uninstalling return my usernames and passwords to my "control keymgr.dll" file?
