Taskbar and desktops items missing

yesterday I just got the internet back and alrighty my cpu is fubar'd

Problems I am currently having:
Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c message as background
Desktops icons are not loading
taskbar as well
Windows says it cant find Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer when I try to load them through task manager

The only access I have to any of my files or programs is through Task manager

So pretty much my cpu is useless until I figure out a solution to these current problems.

You might get better results if you posted this one in the "Spyware Section" of this forum. The guys over there can give more expert help in Trojan and Spyware removal. Please notice all the Sticky Notes at the top of the forum page, read them, and follow all that pertain to your problem before posting there.
