I had been using Hotmail without difficulty for a long time. But a couple of days ago, it would not show up and I get the following message:
"The server at by137w.bay137.mail.live.com can't be found because the DNS look-up failed. DNS is the network service that translates a website's name to its Internet address. This error is most often caused by having no connection to the Internet or a misconfigured network. It can also be caused by an unresponsive DNS server or a firewall preventing Google Chrome from accessing the network.
    Error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN"
I'm not sure what my signature says, but I am using Vista on a pretty old laptop. Today, I ran SuperAntiSpyware, Malawarebytes (?), CCleaner including Registry, and did a defrag. No change.
    Any help would be appreciated.
