I don't think you have a driver problem. I think you have one or more of the following:
Failing/faulty RAM; failing/faulty motherboard (mainly bad capacitors; they're well known to cause random reboots and shut downs); a thermal problem (check your CPU and GPU fans and heatsinks and be sure they're clean of dust and crud); a failing/faulty power supply.
Run an extended RAM diagnostic. I like this one:
    http://majorgeeks.com/Memory_Diagnostic_d3955.html
It will create a bootable floppy, or an ISO image file that you'd burn to CD. Then you boot to the CD/floppy and press T for the extended tests; run at least 3-4 passes.
Check your system voltage and temperatures; HWmonitor is my personal favorite, but Everest and PCwizard are good for this too; many folks also like SpeedFan:
    HWMonitor http://majorgeeks.com/HWMonitor_d5842.html
    Everest http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4181
    PCWizard http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3846.html
    SpeedFan http://www.majorgeeks.com/download337.html
Use one or more of those to check your voltages and temperatures, you can check voltage and temps in your system BIOS too. Then post the results here and we'll try to advise you on what might be happening. To help to rule out a driver problem, run the PC in Safe Mode and see if you still get problems. Running a full diagnostic on the hard drive might be a good idea too; visit you drive maker's web site for the download (it will be free as are all the programs I've mentioned here).

Ok, did the Memory Diagnostics, and..The first time i ran it, Wmats+ failed, with about 70,000 results, and Erand Failed with over 48,600,000 Results... Second time i ran it, Wmats+ passed, and Erand still failed...it did 2 different tests though, one out of 11 and the other out of 6, the one out of 6, everything passed both times.

Currently, (according to everest) My GPU is 51 degrees Celsius

And actually, a couple times i tried to start up in safe mode, well...One time it froze as there were a whole bunch of words on the screen (Like when you choose Safe mode a whole list comes down), it froze on that, and ive also gotten a BSOD error from just trying to enter into safemode, But if your asking if ive ever gotten an error, while in safemode, then No, thanks Dlb, ask if ya need anything else
