Is it possible to add Comments to my downloads, in Vista Home Premium?

There does not seem to be a way to do it. It is very simple in XP Pro, but the same method does not work in Vista Home Premium.

    Need help. Bazza

Near as I can tell, only Office, or picture files can have their details edited.

Thanks Adryalyne. The only one I can add to your reply is that MS's own suffix of *.msi adds comments. I miss being able to add "Comments" to my downloads as some of the file names bear no resemblance to the program that I clicked on, to download. :cry Bazza
