Laptop keyboard and touchpad not working

    Hp laptop keyboard and touchpad not working, tried to install driver but it fails.

    Connect a USB mouse and then uninstall the keyboard and tablet driver in Device Manger. Reboot. Does that solve the problem?

    You might want to try a system restore to a date before the problem. Just make sure that anything on the desktop that was added since the system restore used is backed up.

    This may also be a malware issue.
