Connecting a Wireless Router to a Wireless Router?

    Can you connect a wireless router and use it as an access point with another wireless router connected to a DSL modem? If so, how do you do it? I've turned-off the DHCP on the router I want to use as an access point and changed the ip address to be in the same field as the router and DSL modem.
