Mass Spyware problems - undetermined source

I thought it might be a better idea to post here and find out what's going on, I've been going over everything individually that doesn't look right, but removing it one by one isn't really helping and I've been working on it for about 3 hours, the spyware is making it extremely difficult to find and get rid of it.

There is infact CWsearch stuff on my computer, I've run the CWShredder to get rid of it, but CWshredder continues to keep erroring every time it gets to the last file to try and fix it, operation error.

I keep getting pop ups every new link I click with advertisements for various things as well as programs being installed on my computer within this 3 hour period without any notification or concent to doing so. There's extreme slow down too, whatever it is is causing a lot of processes to run in the background and its seriously slowing down my computer.

EDIT: Forgot to add this note to my post, but I've already run in safe mode, Ad-Aware, Spybot, Spybot came up with finds, but Ad-Aware is finding different locations, the problem is Ad-Aware keeps freezing at the same point and won't continue the scan for me to get rid of the files. I tried safe mode and these problems all continue to happen.

You have many malware issues to deal with.
Generally, it is a good idea to start with our Cleanup Tutorial - Be sure to run About:Buster and HSRemove:

There are only a few of us Volunteers who regularly offer advice in this forum. Running through the above Tutorial will remove a lot of stuff that would otherwise clog a HijackThis Log and save us valuable time.

Please let us know the steps that you are able to complete and the ones that give you problems. Note that you need to be in Safe Mode with System Restore OFF and have the Viewing of Hidden Files ENABLED as per the instructions in the link. Make sure to do the Online Scans.

Post back and let us know how you fared. Also, send us a HijackThis Log. Please be sure to follow the instructions below:

Note that, before you scan, you MUST close all running programs including your web browser, e-mail and items in the system tray.

Please save your HJT Log as a .txt File and attach it via the "Manage Attachments" tool in the Additional Options section when you post.
