Not New Here But Nobody Will Reply to Me

:confused Hi Can you Help please? I don't know whats happening' But I cannot Get any help in this Support Forum? Am I Posting in the Wrong Place s or Incorrectly? Have I done something (Unknowingly) and Been "Banned" from here? I would have thought I would have Been advised by a 'MajorGeek' if I was being "Booted".
I started a Thread in "Software" 3 Days ago and I had No Reply No help so Yesterday when I was Unable to find how to contact an Administrator for Help" I sent a PM To "Eldroy" but still No Response? The Thread was under "I Lost all My Apps" as DazzlingDasha? Could you please advise me whats happening I have been Trying to get help Via My Galaxy Tab 7 and I am going a Bit "Cross-eyed" Please Respond DazzlingDasha

 

Thanks JoeRay12 for replying Still don't know why nobody was Answering ? But you did and that's Terrific and I manged to fix My Issue 'Lost Apps' I side-loaded Moz FF onto my Galaxy Tablet 2.7 and then installed it into the Computer and just Downloaded them all again so that's something else I have learn't Been Learning for 20 Years Now Love My Computer Thanks again JoeRay12 Until Next Time Cobba Cheers DazzlingDasha
