Unknown Virus delete my files and replace them with new files with fake huge sizes, I can't rename or delete?

few days ago my anti virus alarm for suspicious files on my external usb H.D.D drive and I have deleted them, after delete those "unknown viruses" one of my folders size is changed from 4GB to 71 GB and the files on it are renames to unknown characters "characters like when you open a pic file.jpg with note pad" are shown instead of old file names. now I cant rename or delete these files from my external hard disk.
the windows error say "cannot delete file: cannot read from the source file or disk" when I delete the files.
I've install and try all common programs for deleting undelete-able windows files with dos command and delete on reboot but non of them is not worked and the files is still there.
please help me to delete this folder.

    Additional Details:

I have Kasperskys Anti virus and check it on safe mode with AVG and AVIRA Free anti viruses again, but they dont find any other visrus.

I have several softwares like "DelinvFile - Delete Invalid Files and Folders" but they cannot delete my files. the are all error on deleting on these infected files. it is some thing like one-half virus that encrypted hard drive with new fake sizes.

The external hard drive has about 300GB data and it takes long time for backup them and formating the drive is my last solution, I need a good way that just deleting those undeleteable files without formating it.

    Welcome to Majorgeeks!

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, renaming, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
Make sure you also rename HijackThis.exe as suggested in the procedures. Use analyse.exe for the new name. This is very important due to some new infections going around.
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too:
      • CounterSpy - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
      • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy. - only for Windows XP, 2K, & NT users
      • Bitdefender - from step 6
      • Panda Scan - from step 6
      • runkeys.txt - the log from GetRunKey.bat
      • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat
      • HijackThis
NOTE: You can only attach 3 files in a single message so it will require that you use two messages to attach all of these logs!
