who can help me please??

hi good morning all,
i`m a newbie here, hope to find somebody who can help me!
i have deinstalled my kerio personal firewall to install a secure programm, but it always told me that it is not deinstalled completly.
i have cleaned the registry with some free registry cleaner, but the problem ist not fixed?
maybe somebody had an idea or the same problem?

You should post your problem in the Software forum with more details.
Operating system, which registry cleaner you used, any specific error messages.
You will have a better chance getting the problem solved there.
