You have an on-demand scanner with MalwareBytes and some real-time protection with Windows Defender. I'd add SuperAntiSpyware and Spyware Blaster to the mix.

On my computer which runs XP Pro, Vista Ultimate and Win 8.1.1 Pro I run Qihu's 360 Internet Security on all three versions of Windows along with Windows Defender, Crypto Prevent, Microsoft's EMET, WinPatrol Plus and Spyware Blaster with no conflicts.
