Problem With Linksys 2.4 GHz Wireless Router

My friends home network crapped out on him today, and i dont know what to do. Only one of the PC connected can get on the internet.

what should we do

 

Take a note of why the other computer(s) cannot get online.


Are they not getting an IP address from the router? What is the IP for that matter? What error does ipconfig /renew give, if any (do it from a cmd prompt)?

Are they saying the network is unavailable?

What are the OSes involved?
