Internet explorer error message?File extension Malware?

So my Moms HP Internet explorers gives the error message Internet explorer has to shut down and gives option to go back to home page then doesn't let her search then re generates error message.

Now This an"t my first Rodeo lol
I"m a old pro stuff has changed but I kno the basics
So first I scanned her computer with her Antivirus VIPER
Nothing.
2nd I ran Microsoft security essentials
this 1's my fav. its smarter than most of the Programs I see today
So I scanned the Internet explorer
and Nothing but It scanned 2 items
thats a key sign something is there.
so i check the files in the computer
scanning is .dll extension and heres what i got

these files alll were scanned and Microsoft security essentials all said theres 2 files when there should be only 1 a Virus usually hides its self in programs files extensions,so before I give you the extensions
I need to know which are key essential and which are Virus added
