Internet Exlorer Cache Overflow

    I currently have 17 megabytes of browser cache even though I have set the max at 10. Attempts to clear it manually through Tools/Internet Options etc haven't worked either. I understand this is a common IE bug.

    Does anyone have a fix or know if one of the cleanup programs will help. I want to be able to empty the cache but I don't want to lose my cookies as well.
