Error and shutdown:

I recently installed a new SATA 500gig HDD. I also installed the operating system on it which is XP HOme. Now I get a bsod and the computer restarts. I shuts down so fast that I cannot read it. I have not been able to pause the screen either. Also when I turn it off, I see another dialog box come up but it also goes away too fast to read it. I have done a chkdsk /f/r several times and it also comes up with this error even after I am done. See below. I don't have any place to upload the image to, so I can't show you, but it says that Windows has found problems with the file system, NTSF. So I went ahead and reformatted again and installed OS and I still get that happening. Sorry that I can't show the pic.
