Firefox not Playing Flash Games

Anyone ever get just a white screen with Firefox while trying to play flash games? That's all I get and I can't seem to fix it.

 

do you have the latest flash plugin? if not get it and it might help!

 

I have the lastest macromedia flash player, if that is what you are talking about.
