Who uses Mozilla/Firefox? and Why? Should I?

I am new. I read and read about spyware, have it use it. Now what is Mozilla, just another Outlook kinda program? A browser?
for the record i have windowsXP, cable internet, spybot s&d, ad-aware and spyblaster. Does mozilla block out more? questions, questions......

 

Ok...Internet Explorer that you use for sufing has these holes in it that spyware programs love to exploit when you surf the net. Firefox is much harder to penetrate so after surfing with Firefox you will notice much less crap getting installed than you will with Internet Explorer. Is that simple enough? So I highly recommend using Firefox for Web surfing.

I use Mozilla Firefox. It's faster and safer than IE.

so basically to recap. firefox is faster, reliable, and safe, and also features a ton of features like tabbed browsing, a built in popup blocker, themes, and more. i would highly recommend it.

 

I would recommend it... it isn't flawless though, there are some exploits for it and it does have bugs.. but they are usually fixed quickly and there are much less exploits than there are for IE.

It renders pages very fast (but 've heard K-Meleon is faster), and its mostly standards complaint. Good Web designers will love you for using it
