Problem with "0x77fcb90b" referenced memory

    Hi , Sorry if I am not posting this in the right place.... :eek:

    Could someone please tell me what this means?

    The instruction at "0x77fcb90b" referenced memory at "0x7180244" the memory could not be "written".

    Click to terminate the program.

    This comes up when I try to open Yahoo Messenger, and Microsoft word. I haven't opened any others programs yet to see if they don't open... BUT what could be the problem confused

    I think people will need your Operating System, computer specs to help.

    Have you updated anything or added or changed anything lately?

    Try uninstalling Yahoo IM, then open word. Still get the error? No?

    Re-install Yahoo IM, try again.
