AVG finds this, will not remove it

AVG finds the following that it says is a virus but it will not remove it. Should I be concerned, and if so , how can I remove it?

I am sure it is a false positive on AVG.

I put this post up for my husband. Turns out the below C: was where the suspected virus was located. AVG said the virus was Win32/NSAnti Virus. Sorry about that.

We went to VirusTotal and entered the file(as a url) and never went anywhere. As we are on satellite internet, it may have been because of the weather. We will try again tomorrow to get a log.
