Here's my problem. I have a laptop with Windows 7, and a download manager. The download manager is tagged by windows as requiring my 'A-Okay' every it wants to start, so that it can't load on start up. Can I permanently give it the 'A-Okay', so it'll be ready when I need it?

I do have admin access, since that's the only account on it. Thanks for your help in advance.
