I have a problem with Windows Media Player. It is detected by McAfee VirusScan 8 as bo:stack. It will not run because it is blocked by Buffer Overflow Protection. Is this indicating a virus or is it just VirusScan being quirky. I did have WMP 11 but removed it and disabled WMP in windows. I then tried to delete the WMP directory and all files. What I found was that something replaced at least some of the files and directories I deleted soon after deletion. Strange behavior and I was curious if that was the op sys or a virus/trojan adding it back in. Anybody have any experience with this or any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.
