Various malware, done everything I can

Hello,
Basically I have had a problem getting rid of a few elements of malware on my pc. I followed the sticky and that got rid of a few, but not all of them. I might also add that one of the scans detected TightVNC as malware, but I installed that to access a computer I use in my lab. So is this program detrimental to my pc?

Either way I need to get rid of all this malware on my pc (18 on ss&d). Help would be appreciated. Furthermore, I must add that for the online scans I had to boot up normally, not in safe mode. For some reason those scans wouldnt work in safe mode. Additionally, I went ahead and did a HijackThis scan as the sticky said.

Yeah I downloaded FlyaKite OSX, don't know why that showed up as a virus.. unless it is.


Spybot shows the following malware:

AdRevolver
Advertising.com
Avenue A, inc
CasaleMedia
DoubleClick
Hitbox
MediaPlex
Zedo

These are the ones I was unable to get rid of on my own. Here's a log of spybot, don't know if that helps =\
