Obviously, and this is the exact reason why i started this thread.
Supposedly drivers still can be found by device IDs that i have provided.

Hi my friend , welcome to MG's :major

follow this : download all drivers with IE save them to C:\Users\gerer\Downloads - afterwards you must navigate to installation path - install the first driver , when the process is completed reboot your machine - repeat this movement in each installation !! :wave

I came across these drivers. Hopefully they will work. Some are supposedly compatible with XP. They show Windows 7 in the file name of some but I looked at one and XP was in the zip file. You may want to look further into it. This is the best I could come up with.

Chipset: Should take care of the SMBus:

Ethernet: INF file (Update through Device Manager)
    Atheros 8151 xp-l1c-1.0.0.45-whql.zip

Wireless Network Controller: INF file (update through Device Manager)
    Atheros AR5B95 Wireless LAN 802.11 a/b/g/n Controller xp3264-9.2.0.104-whql.zip

PCI Simple Communications Controller: Should work for XP.
Press the hard drive icon not the green download button:

Universal Serial Bus Controller: May not work:

    Video Controller (VGA Compatable)

    Realtek HD audio

Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus: Could not find

usb\vid_13d3&pid_3304 - TWINHAN Technology ###Bluetooth Module: Could not find

Edit: Sorry falconattack, missed your post.

Huge thanks ! Everything was installed properly except:

    USB Device (Bluetooth Module)
    USB\Vid_13d3&Pid_3304&Rev_0001
    USB\Vid_13d3&Pid_3304

There seems to be a critical error when driver tries to install itself. At first i tried to install this one (Bluetooth_Atheros_Quanta_Win7_64_Z740120.zip) but there was an error and then a tried to update the driver through Device Manager, and blue screen appeard. Also Windows didnt want to start after that, so i removed the driver in Safe Mode. Currently, this device is marked always in yellow and doesn't work. I tried to install these drivers too:

    Bluetooth_Atheros_6.04.004.1_XPx86_A.zip
    Bluetooth_Atheros_6.4.5.14_XPx86_A.zip
    Bluetooth_Atheros_7.2.0.60_XPx86_A.zip

device is detected but driver can't be installed (critical error).
Is there a way to clean the system from Bluetooth drivers completely ?

Also, a different question. Should i update the driver for SATA AHCI Controller ?

Intel(R) Mobile Express Chipset SATA AHCI Controller
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C03&SUBSYS_11471043&REV_05
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C03&SUBSYS_11471043
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C03&CC_010601
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1C03&CC_0106

    current driver date: 2010-11-06
    current driver ver: 10.1.0.1008

but there seems to be few new ones available on intel site:

    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20913&lang=eng
    http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20768&lang=eng

Should i install any of those drivers ?

I think your bluetooth driver crapped out because it was a Window7 64bit driver and you are looking for XP 32bit. I will continue to look. Maybe falconattack will find something also.

You can try updating the SATA driver. If it does not work you can always roll back or do a system restore.

Edit: you may want to hold off on the SATA driver. XP does not have native SATA drivers. If you did not slipstream them into the install disk, you might bluescreen after install. When you go into BIOS, is the controller set to something like IDE mode. If your Device Manager already shows a SATA AHCI device then updating the drivers will not be a problem.

Edit: if the above does not work you can try any of the ACER x86 drivers here.

I've decided to disable bluetooth completely in BIOS. SATA driver works fine. Now i have a question about wireless utility that can replace windows embedded configuration for wifi. Is there anything you can recommend me ? The WLAN card i have is atheros ar9002wb. Thanks.

I am very happy to have come across this thread as I have k53E and wanted to run under windows XP. Anyway recommended drivers have worked well other than the wireless nic driver.
In my case the built in nic seems to be intel centrino n 100 and the driver, which can be downloaded from intel, Wireless_14.3.1_Dx32.exe. It is also necessary to set sata to IDE (not ahci) in the bios before installing windows xp, which I have installed to separate partition. It's good when things finally work.
    Many thanks
