What is the best way to delete temp files and how often?

How often to delete them depends on too many variables like how often and what you use the PC for.

Where temps are stored depends on what your operating system is, and also what temps you are taking about, ie system files or Temp Internet Files.

You can just do a search for *.tmp and you will find them. (Make sure you have hidden files and folders showing)


I use either disk cleanup in Windows, or CCleaner available from here.
