    Windows/Internet Explorer keeps on restarting. After the 4th time it just keeps on scanning trying
    to restart.

    Toshiba Satellite L870
    Win 8

    Can get more specs if needed.

    I fixed it. Updated the video driver and and removed 92 malware threats.
    Has not poped up since.
