Questions 3 (Touchsmart plus older XP machine)

1. My TouchSmart's tv picture is fuzzy. Any fix for this?
(new IQ506 TouchSmart)

2. For some reason, the other night, Chrome, IE, and Firefox all got set to some kind of setting where I can't see my tray/programs. It's like full-screen, but when I hit the Restore Down button, it shrinks / floats and doesn't lock in. When I hit maximize, it goes back to full-screen. What's the deal?

3. I'm trying to send files from my old PC (on XP SP1 or 2... can't recall) to this new Vista machine. I tried using the Windows Easy transfer last night, but songs started saying they wouldn't go, so I cancelled the whole thing. The computer has no DVD burner, so I tried my wife's new 8GB Kingston USB drive. When I plug it in, nothing happens. I even went under my computer > manage to see if it was there, but with no letter assigned, and nothing. It's like it doesn't exist. What can I do to transfer my 50+GB of old files?

I just solved #2 (right-click bar > properties > keep bar on top of other windows), but 1 & 3 could still use some help!
