No Malware Found, but CPU 100%

    I've followed the instructions for producing the attached MGlogs.zip.

    No Malware was reported, but my PC is still behaving abnormally: When I use basic programs (Internet Explorer, etc) CPU goes to 100%. Just moving the mouse around or resizing the window uses abnormally large amounts of CPU usage. The system is very slow to use. It feels hijacked, but no virus scans (Panda, AVG, Avast) can find a problem. This is my last resort!

    Your problems do not appear to be from malware. You should post in the software section and look at what processes are running in the background such as XAMPP Service.
