No sound.. Sigmatel code 10 error?

Im looking like 5 hours straight for a solution because i cant get my sound to work, in Device manager theres something yellow at Sigmatel audio codec.
It drives me crazy could someone help me please?
It happened when i wanted to install Realtek for some reason.
I use Windows XP
PS im dutch and not that great in english language so sometimes i cant understand..

follow the process :

from left column choose

Summary ( wait 30 seconds until report generated )

from bar menu select :

File
Save as Text file

choose desktop as saving location

The reason why you are having this issue is because of the realtek driver, your system does not support tis type of driver!! you need to re-install the sigmatel diver from here....

download and "save" the driver to your desktop do not click "run" !! double click the downloaded file from your desktop and follow the promts to install the driver. REMEMBER TO RE-BOOT YOUR MACHINE AFTER THE INSTALL HAS COMPLETED!!.
