im in the middle of writing a visual basic program for college and i have hit a brick wall. Im displaying a list of information in a flexgrid and i need the user to be able to click on an individual cell and then this clicking will open up another form.

Help needed urgently ie in the next few hours

well this is far from 'in the next few hours', but:

what version of VB are you using?

you should be able to put code into a click event for your flexgrid control.

then you just need to be able to grab the data from the selected, or maybe the clicked-on cell, your preference

then you need to open a second form. this differs depending on the version of VB

most likely, you will be instantiating a new instance of the forms class, and calling DoModal() or ShowDialog() or some similar method.
