So I've got MS Office installed on my office lap top, as well what was my back up lap top (2 locations) but same user, so it was installed on both.

Now that second lap top is being used by a new employee, so we purchaced a new MS Office 2003 and Product Key.

My question--how do I go about changing the product key for MS Office on my computer to the new one without having to uninstall and re-install everything?

I know there is a software I can download, and I am willing to pay for the software if I have to, but I wanted to see thoughts on the best way to go about it.

well, technically you should have changed your key prior. anyway, magical jellybean finder will show your key, and/or change it. however, this newer version doesn't allow you to change it. i've used this for windows os keys, not for ms office, etc, but it should work. i have version 1.41, and it lets me change the keys. g/l, sos
