Hello New here and had some questions

I am not sure where to post and what info I need to post to get help. but I have a virtumonde virus that I cannot get rid of and it is even preventing me from installing any kind of new spyware/malware programs(spysweeper etc). I get through a few steps of the process of installing spysweeper and it just disappears. I run trojan scanner/remover and it shows me the only file it finds that it cant rename/remove and I try and do it manually but it tells me it is being used by another person/program and cannot be deleted till all programs are stopped, but I am not running any programs. I apologize if this is the wrong place but I have been trying to get this thing off for 4 days and I am lost
