remove front panel of case

That's the case I have.

I want to put in an 80mm case fan in the front for intake, but I need to remove the front panel in order to do so so I can get the screws in.

How exactly do I remove the front panel without damaging anything?

 

From the pics it looks like the front is not removeable. Can you not remove the interior drive cages(some are quick release) and proceed that way.?

 

With most cases, you'll have to take off both sides before you can get the front off. It's really kind of a hassle. I checked the "manufacturer's site" from Newegg and it looks like they aren't too supportive. Did it not come with a guide? Mine didn't, but it has a pdf file available online to use. Other than that, I might look for a similarly built case with better instructions, and follow those loosely. Just be careful with everything, and take it apart piece by piece until you come across a discovery that makes it obvious what to do. But hey, I'm just a private...

 

I doubt very much they are going to supply detailed guides, pdf or otherwise, for a <$20 case.

From the photos, it appears as if it may be the type that simply snaps off. Sometimes you have to do the bottom first, and then slide the face upward a bit before it comes off.

 

I think the best option is a slight variation of the "snap-off," known as the "rip off" method. Get a nice tight grip on that thing and just pull. Who knows? Maybe it'll go back on with some super glue?
