Issue: Director Player 5.0 error - need at least 3 MB virtual memory to run the progr

HELP, PLEASE.
I have a new pc and tried to install my Palm Pilot software on my new pc
(have Windows XP - had Windows XP on old pc also).
I get the error:
Director Player 5.0 error - need at least 3 MB virtual memory to run the program.

How can I correct this problem.

do you know how much virtual memory you have?

 

ok lets say your dont have enough virtual memory heres how you change it.

right click My computer, click properties, click the advanced tab, under performance click settings, click the advanced tab, under virtual memory click change, in the initial size text box type in 3 or more, click ok,click ok,click ok.

try to install

if it works thats great if it doesnt then i dont know what else to do.
