    Hi,
got a problem and don't know how to fix it.
Haven't used all programs so couldn't tell which are acting up, but the 3 programs that I have noticed are Winamp (the playlist) and OpenOffice files (all the text) are all in italics... and with Firefox a lot of sites the text is in bold.

Any suggestions on how to fix it would be really appreciated.

    Thanks

Version of Windows? Version of Firefox?
    In FF click, Tools/Options/Content/Advanced
    and check your settings

Oh so sorry, Win 7 pro. Firefox is the newest version, so its 33.0
Already checked and all that is normal under options... it's the same as in the attachment.

Then I'm clueless as to why FF displays bold on webpages.

I don't use WinAmp nor OpenOffice so I can't tell you where to look in those programs.

Check your fonts. Here are the ones supplied in Win 7

if you see anything strange, move it out of the font folder and onto the desktop. See if the problem is fixed.
