can anyone recommend a good spyware software for my pc winxp

both avaible on the Front Page & Freeeeeeeeee

 

Shareware=Defender Pro 5 in 1 $19.99 (bit of a bitch to get off your com, comes with 3 licenses)
Freeware=I use Ewido. (Downloaded here)

 

Spyware Guard and SpywareBlaster work by adding a list of blocked sites to your IE restricted sites. Spybot's Immunization feature blocks bad pages by also adding a list of restricted sites to your IE restricted sites. For real-time protection, I use Windows Defender, which is free.
