Does anyone know a possible cause -- Instead of the "turn off computer" icon on the lower left of the XP "welcome page" it says turn off (my password). I sent this unit out to field support and they did every thing short of reformatting my hard drive. They thoroughly cleaned the hard drive, uninstalled all my anti-virus and spyware, reloaded all new versions, and wiped all my old user accounts and created new ones. My original problem was I could not access the web wirelessly (no matter the connection at home, school, or work) though this problem persists I believe the two are connected.
