Black Screen of Death (possible virus)

Hp Desktop with new SSD was working until recently when the computer started to boot to the Black Screen of Death (black screen with mouse that moves but no access to anything).

Last known good config did not work.
Safe mode did not work.
Windows setup repair did not work.
No restore point was found.
Ran Kapersky rescue CD 10 which found some malware that was removed, but problem remains.

Ran FRST64 and attached log here.
Any ideas?
