Capturing Video

    Anyone know of a good FREEWARE prog to capture audio and video from games to .avi of similar? ;)

    What about CamStudio?

    Or maybe FRAPS?

    The best way would really be to get the video out from your card and record it using a capture card or a VCR or somthing like that. But thats neither free nor a software solution.
