Google Links Not Working

When I do a google search and click a link from there it takes me to a host of different sites. Netster, cesarcasino.com, ebay links, and others. If I go back enough times it will then go to the correct site. I have dont all the steps in the Read and Run Me First threed. Any help would be great. Thank you.

 

Scan with HijackThis and fix the following line:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k

Open Windows Explorer navigate to and delete the following:
c:\windows\help\SPAlert.chm <<------ Delete the File
c:\windows\rdt.ini <<------ Delete the File
c:\documents and settings\all users\favorites\Online Pharmacy <<------ Delete the Folder
C:\WINDOWS\cache\YDropper.dll <<------ Delete the File
G:\XBOX\New Folder\XBINS-TIRC.rar <<------ Delete the File
G:\XBOX\XBINS-TIRC\web\nHTMLn_2.92.dll <<------ Delete the File

Your HijackThis log shows no signs of an infection.

 

Thank you, found a few of those files and deleted. Also found some info on another post it had one symptom like I was having but a lot of others I wasnt, I did the fix however and everything seems to be normal. Thanks again for a reply.
