Cant Install games

Hello. this is my first time here. but anyways i got a prob. when i try to install a game it says "this installation is forbidden by system policies. Contact the system admin. D:/Ultima Online.msi.
Can anyone help me? i am the comp admin. i went to gpedit.msc but i dont know what to change or what not to change. i would really like some help plz.

 

Download Dial-A-Fix from the All In One section here at MajorGeeks. Run it. In the Tools menu, I believe there's an option to reset all persmissions (or something similar) and/or a group policies reset. Give that a shot.
