reformated and internet hijacked

this is my log plz help i cant figure it out

i read all that stuff and tried everything on there nothing worked, and the reason im running the old hjt is cuase i cant dl the new one some security thing on my pc wont let me i dk how to turn it off and i dk how it got turned on in the first place.

 

so you didn't DL anything in the READ ME FIRST then either?
what security thing?
what pops up?

 

If you have McAfee AV, you may need to update it before it will allow you to D/L the new HJT.

We really cannot proceed without the newest HJT.

Were you able to do the Online Scans prescribed in the Cleanup Tutorial?

Please try again to D/L HJT and extract it to its own safe folder – C:\Program Files\HijackThis !

Please attach a fresh log. Note that, before you scan, you MUST close all running programs including your web browser, e-mail and items in the system tray.

Please save your HJT Log as a .txt File and attach it via the "Manage Attachments" tool in the Additional Options section when you post.
