XP Pro Home Network Problem

I have a Dell Dimension 8200 running XP Pro connected to the internet via ethernet to a Netgear router connected to a cable modem. The Dell has one 127 GB primary IDE drive and a SATA2 500GB secondary internal drive. Additionally I have a 5ooGB USB external drive that I use for backups.

I also have a Motion slate PC M1400 running XP Pro that I have in a docking station connected to the router via ethernet.

I have several printers that are all connected to the Dell.

I am trying to set the Dell up to have complete access to the Motion system by sharing the entire disk within the network. (This I have succeeded with.)

I have also tried to have the drives on the Dell shared openly to the Motion. I want to be able to back up the Motion to the external drive over the network. I also want to be able to access the internal 500GB drive to store data for the Motion as the Motion's HDD is 83% full. Finally, I want to be able to access the primary drive on the Dell and I want to be able to use the printers from the Motion.

To accomplish this I ran the Network Wizzard. When that did not produce the desired results I manually turned on the drive share in My Computer.

I have been partially successful with having the Motion share the Dell resources as follows:

Printers - Can see from the Motion. Can access Properties and can cancel print jobs but attempts to print result in errors.

Drives - In Windows Explorer I can see some but not all of the folders contained in the drive. I believe the only folders that I can see are those that I manually "shared" at the folder level.

When I try to access any of them I get an error message:

"\\Office\C is not accessable. Ypou might not have permission to use the network resource. Contact the administrator of the server to find out if you have access permissions.

The network location cannot be reached. For information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help."

Following are some of my settings as reflected in ipconfig:

I am able to ping the IPs from each computer to the other.

Any help would be much appreciated.
