Malware issues

    I have been having major issues with my laptop and I have heard nothing but good things about your site. Hopefully you will be able to help and save what is left of my hair (due to me ripping it out over the Windows XP 2008 virus). I will post my problem in more detail in the next post when I have more time. Thanks in advance for your help.
