Constantly downloading

    I am running Win 2000 on my laptop and I am having an issue with the automatic updates. I have been updating the same file all day. KB832483. I just got this machine yesterday and loaded Win 2000 and it went through all the updates as normal and I kept getting update notices. After a while I realized that the same file is being requested. I "successfully" updated each time. Any ideas??
