    this is just a "welcome centre" therefore your questions regarding the running of any of the tools for malware removal are being directed at the wrong people. Only those who work the malware forum are qualified to answer you. Make a post there if you have not already, explain what's happening and whoever takes your post on in there will help you. :) discontinue the discussion of combofix etc here in the welcome centre
